Harley-Davidson® Factory Custom Paint & Graphics
The Harley-Davidson Factory Custom Paint & Graphics program offers customers unique, stunning finishes, high-quality paint schemes, and original graphics. This option is available for selected motorcycle models. The Harley-Davidson® Factory Custom Paint & Graphics finish is applied to components installed during motorcycle assembly, ensuring the customer receives a motorcycle with exclusive painting and graphics, covered by a full manufacturer warranty, without unexpected costs or delays associated with custom painting, which are often encountered when managed by third parties.
In 2025, three Harley-Davidson® Factory Custom Paint & Graphics options will be available on selected models. Each color scheme features a special black emblem on the fuel tank with chrome accents and a pearl-textured background in purple or orange.
- Mystic Shift shimmers with colors transitioning from dark graphite to purple and blue, taking on an almost orange hue in full sunlight.
- Firestorm Schemes respond to the current customization trend by including flame details in the paint. Harley-Davidson offered its first factory flame paint scheme in the 1980 Wide Glide® model and has repeated this several times, most recently in the 2011 Wide Glide® model. Firestorm Schemes feature a fade or internal shading effect – the fade color is slightly lighter than the base layer. At certain angles, the flames are very visible, while at others, they are very subtle. Firestorm Schemes are available in two popular colors.
- Midnight Firestorm is a darker paint scheme with ghostly flames based on Vivid Black color with internal graphite glow.
- Whiskey Firestorm features an additional intermediate layer that provides a deeper orange hue with Ember Sunglo flames and a brighter orange internal glow.
